We are seeking four qualified and experienced Civil QA/QC Inspectors to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring various civil construction activities to ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and established construction procedures. This role requires regular site inspections, quality assessments, coordination with site personnel, and meticulous maintenance of inspection records to guarantee that all construction work meets the required quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of civil construction activities including excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Inspect finishing works such as masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and painting.
- Verify that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Assess the quality of construction materials and workmanship both before and during execution.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), inspection checklists, and daily quality reports.
- Coordinate closely with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants to facilitate inspections and obtain necessary approvals.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and report these findings to the relevant teams.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive inspection records, material test reports, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor concrete testing, material testing, and other quality control tests as required.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures across construction sites.
- Confirm that all civil works strictly adhere to approved drawings and project specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in civil construction inspection and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including both substructure and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures, QA/QC checklists, and quality documentation.
- Effective communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at construction locations in Khairpur and Larkana.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position with four vacancies available. The work environment is primarily construction sites located in Khairpur and Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan. The monthly salary range for this role is between Rs60,000 and Rs75,000. Candidates with relevant civil inspection and QA/QC experience are encouraged to apply. The position requires physical presence at the work locations.
