QA/QC/QMS EXECUTIVE (Offset Packaging)

Pakistan Packages is looking for a skilled QA/QC/QMS Executive to oversee quality assurance, quality control, and quality management system activities within our offset packaging operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all processes, from raw material receipt to final product dispatch, meet stringent quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can conduct thorough inspections, manage quality documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality throughout the production cycle, starting from raw material receiving to the dispatch of the final product.
- Perform in-process and final inspections specifically for offset printed packaging.
- Inspect critical parameters such as color accuracy, registration, GSM (grams per square meter), dimensions, coating, die-cutting, pasting, and finishing.
- Identify defects and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain comprehensive QC reports, inspection records, checklists, and all relevant quality documentation.
- Implement and uphold Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits and assist during external or customer audits to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Production, Store, and other departments to address and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Analyze customer complaints, production rejections, wastage, and recurring quality problems to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to customer specifications and company quality requirements at all times.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement aimed at reducing rejection rates, rework, and material wastage.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management systems, preferably within the packaging or printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and quality parameters such as color matching, GSM, and finishing techniques.
- Familiarity with quality documentation, NCR preparation, and CAPA implementation.
- Experience conducting internal and external audits in compliance with QMS standards.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate quality requirements clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
