- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Notes
- Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce set up will be preffered
- Candidaes with prior experience in courier companies like TCS - LCS - DHL etc will be preffered
- Candidate who are having background in Operations, Sales, and marketing is a plus
