The HR Officer is responsible for managing key human resources functions, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performance, management, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. The role aims to strengthen HR effectiveness, support operational sustainability, and enable the office to achieve its humanitarian and operational objectives efficiently and effectively.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure that field offices comply with applicable local and international laws, organizational policies, and approved procedures.
Prepare periodic compliance reports and submit recommendations to enhance governance and ensure policy adherence.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
