The prime responsibility of the Master Trainer is the capacity building of trainers and creating a safe learning environment through implementation of the project activities keeping in view Qatar Charity HPD, PATS, WASH project mission and principles The Master Trainer is responsible to directly report to the PM for the preparation and maintenance of training materials, schedules and conduct the training; will analyses user requirements, review available training materials, facilities, and methods of training available. Develops training schedules for the team and evaluates available training plans. Identifies and makes recommendations for future training needs. Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery, as needed. Interact with training developer, training coordinator, and end-user to assist with the design and implementation of the total training package.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct regular training sessions according to the provided modules
  • Design course content and lesson plans as per need.
  • Provide course content to the trainees.
  • Maintain regular attendance registers for the given classes.
  • Prepare and facilitate conducting Pre, Post and final evaluations of trainees.
  • Prepare and facilitate conducting weekly and monthly assessments.
  • Data management of trainees in MIS, final evaluations, printing and issuing certificates
  • Place purchase requisitions for material/ equipment for practical sessions.
  • Maintain stock and files for inventory receiving in Computer Lab.
  • Maintain list of equipment and usage in the Computer Lab.
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/ evaluation sheets. Facilitate training officer to review trainees attendance and obtain feedback of absentees on daily basis.
  • Prepare trainees for exams and important events.
  • Will ensure registration of trainees on different online earning platforms.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
  • Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
  • Facilitate program staff and colleagues in events e.g. certificate distributions ceremonies, awareness sessions, and job fairs.
