The prime responsibility of the Master Trainer is the capacity building of trainers and creating a safe learning environment through implementation of the project activities keeping in view Qatar Charity HPD, PATS, WASH project mission and principles The Master Trainer is responsible to directly report to the PM for the preparation and maintenance of training materials, schedules and conduct the training; will analyses user requirements, review available training materials, facilities, and methods of training available. Develops training schedules for the team and evaluates available training plans. Identifies and makes recommendations for future training needs. Make recommendations for modifying course content or delivery, as needed. Interact with training developer, training coordinator, and end-user to assist with the design and implementation of the total training package.
