Purpose of the Position;

  • The Project Asst, position is based in Layyah and would be expected provide support to project head and field team in scheduling, managing, reporting and document control regarding different project activities.
  • S/he will require to work in close collaboration with project head and field office teams on program implementation, program reporting, data consolidation & archiving, coordination with different type of internal & external stakeholders, different type of follow-ups on programmatic aspects relating to program activities in field.

Major responsibilities;

  • To consolidate different type of progress reports, coming from project for further consideration of management.
  • To obtain & consolidate work plans of all field team and alert the management in case of any deviation.
  •  Maintaining hard record / files of program section in project office
  • To compiles the data & information from field office e.g case studies, newsletters material & project briefs etc.
  • Documentation of program related meetings in shape of minutes of meeting etc.
  • To help and support program team in event management e.g. staff meetings, annual planning & review meetings, meeting with other civil society organizations.
  • Organize and conduction of meetings and workshops with project stakeholders and internal project staffs.
  •  Any other related tasks assigned by management from time to time.
