Qayad (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an energized and target oriented experienced Business Development Professional to drive market strategy and growth, and lead the firm’s expansion in our targeted industry segments and regions.

The role of the Business Development Executive is sales and target focused. You will be responsible for securing new business and also maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current customers. And you remain up to date on industry trends, market activities and of course the competition.

What You Need

An enthusiastic and a positive attitude, has proven successful sales experience, and should be a motivated self-starter. Incumbent must be very comfortable with growth, change and have an entrepreneurial attitude to the future. Competency in English language - written and spoken - is essential.

Furthermore, You Need

  • Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers
  • Customer-orientation and empathy
  • Prospecting and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge within the real estate sector
  • Energy, creativity, and purposiveness
  • Ability to map out a customer, with all key decision-makers
  • Contacts within the targeted customer base to schedule high level strategic meetings
  • Successful Sales Track Record with specifics on, clients and deal sizes with high financial targets
  • Must be willing to travel.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor or a Master degree in sales or Marketing from a well reputed institution.(with atleast CGPA above than 3.0)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in business development with proven track record of driving revenue, preferably in real estate industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google systems

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage processes across multiple offices with multiple task owners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, in a cross-functional environment
  • Results-oriented
  • Ability to assess market needs to position, price and promote product in a B2B market
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, internally and externally, especially with customers and sales-force
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and logical skills both verbal and written
