Major responsibilities includes
- Answer calls or respond online via social media/emails interactions to resolve all queries related to product offerings and processes involved.
- Prepare record of customer interactions in form of reports to identify areas of improvements and further development.
- Take ownership of resolving matters with customers by refering problems to designated people and ensuring proper followups.
