Fine Packages, a leading corrugation factory located near Sunder Raiwind Road, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for its Offset Printing Line. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the printing and packaging process. This position requires hands-on inspection and verification of various printing parameters to maintain product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect offset printing outputs for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough checks on color matching, including PMS colors, to guarantee consistency.
- Verify GSM (grams per square meter) specifications, coating, lamination, and die-cutting processes.
- Review artwork accuracy, registration alignment, and finishing quality to meet production requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation for quality control purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of F.A (Faculty of Arts) or preferably a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Print Technology.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Inspector within the offset printing or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of offset printing defects and quality parameters such as color matching, GSM, coating, lamination, and die cutting.
- Ability to accurately check artwork, PMS colors, registration, and finishing details.
- Age between 25 and 35 years.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with a background in print technology will be given preference.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month.
