QMS - ISO Executive

We are seeking an experienced QMS - ISO Executive to take ownership of and continuously enhance our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001 Management Systems. Our organization currently holds certifications in these standards, and we require a dedicated professional to maintain compliance, ensure meticulous record-keeping, and support the expansion of our ISO portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, ensuring all renewals are completed on time.
- Conduct internal audits punctually and manage the closure of all Corrective Actions (CAPA) to achieve 100% resolution.
- Keep process documentation and compliance records complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Provide guidance, delegate tasks, and train mid-level to junior process engineers to build a strong quality management team.
- Act as the primary liaison for external certification bodies during surveillance audits and other compliance assessments.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with ISO Management Systems and process engineering.
- Strong skills in audit planning, document control, compliance monitoring, and mentoring team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly desirable.

Work Location:
This position requires in-person attendance.
