QMS position

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards and conduct regular internal audits to ensure adherence.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions by identifying process gaps and root causes.
- Update and control documentation and procedures related to quality management.
- Collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, and management teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer satisfaction efforts by ensuring product quality and compliance with environmental and safety requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions on quality procedures and promote awareness across departments.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, as well as standards such as GOTS, GRS, RCS, and STEP.
- Strong skills in documentation control and conducting internal audits.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Familiarity with textile or manufacturing processes, preferably in yarn, terry towels, or related textile products.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of QMS software tools or SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and support training initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Textile Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in QMS or ISO auditing are advantageous.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Karachi, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
