Fahad Tutors Academy is seeking dedicated Home Tutors and Online Tutors to provide personalized academic support to students across various levels, including primary, Matric, Intermediate, and O/A Levels. This opportunity offers flexible, part-time hours with the option to teach either in-person in Islamabad or remotely nationwide. Tutors will work closely with students to enhance their understanding of subjects aligned with different educational boards, ensuring tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tutoring sessions either at the student’s home or online, depending on the assigned tuition.
- Develop and prepare lesson plans suited to the student’s academic level and learning pace.
- Maintain professional communication with both parents and the academy to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Provide regular and constructive feedback on student progress to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught, applicable to any grade or group.
- Effective communication skills to engage students and coordinate with parents and the academy.
- For online tutors, a stable internet connection and proficiency in using platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet are essential.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude are mandatory to maintain the quality and reliability of tutoring services.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory, making this role accessible to freshers eager to start their teaching careers.
- Intermediate education is preferred as a minimum qualification.
- Competitive tuition fee structure with monthly earnings ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs100,000, depending on workload and expertise.
