- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (must have - no exception)
- Windows Servers 2016 and above
- Network Protocols
- Network Configuration
- Microsoft Azure or AWS experience or certification
- Microsoft Office 365 Support
- Firewall Implementation and Management
- Cyber Security Management
- Remote Desktop Management
- Helpdesk Support
- Project Management
- RMM software experience
- Knowledge of Cisco topologies
Must have a pleasant and friendly personality.
Must speak fluent English.
Must be flexible with schedule/shifts.
