Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will support the team in the ongoing review of accounting and financial processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your duties include conducting systematic quality checks, documenting deviations, preparing reports, and contributing to the development and implementation of corrective and improvement measures. Daily tasks also involve maintaining quality documentation, participating in internal audits, and collaborating closely with various departments to uphold quality standards.

This is a full-time position based onsite in Lahore.

Required Qualifications
- Quality Management and Assurance: Strong knowledge of quality management, quality assurance, and quality control principles to monitor standards and support continuous improvements.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify risks, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and in a structured manner to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors and present results transparently.
- Educational Background: Completed commercial or business administration training, ideally with a focus on quality assurance, finance, or accounting. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with quality management systems are essential.
- Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A willingness to pursue further training in quality standards and compliance is expected.
