Quality And Accreditation Manager

This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an experienced Quality and Accreditation Manager to oversee and maintain accreditation compliance within the organization. The role focuses on managing internal audits, conducting management reviews, implementing corrective actions, handling complaints and appeals, ensuring impartiality, and verifying certification performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management or certification bodies, with specific expertise in ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards and accreditation assessments. This position operates on a morning shift and requires occasional travel. The offered salary ranges from 80,000 to 125,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation requirements and standards.
- Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to evaluate system effectiveness.
- Lead management review meetings to assess quality management system performance.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities and improve processes.
- Manage complaints and appeals in accordance with organizational policies.
- Oversee impartiality to maintain objectivity and fairness in certification activities.
- Verify certification performance to ensure conformity with relevant standards.
- Coordinate with external accreditation bodies during assessments and audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality and accreditation activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management framework.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in quality management or within a certification body.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards and accreditation processes.
- Proven experience in accreditation assessments and compliance monitoring.
- Formal auditor training with demonstrated ability to conduct audits effectively.
- Strong command of written English for report writing and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for accreditation and audit activities.
