The Market Intelligence Data Operations Process Quality team plays a crucial role in verifying product specifications and maintaining data accuracy within the Tech and Durable Industries for market research purposes. As part of the Global Operations team of Legacy MI OPS, this role involves conducting quality checks on top-selling products across diverse sectors such as IT/Telecom, Major and Small Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Photo, Telecom, Automotive, DIY, and Office Stationery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality checks based on automated iQC samples to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of global process quality standards for MI Data Operations.
- Maintain high-quality standards for quality control (QC) processes.
- Execute low to medium-complexity tasks under supervision with precision.
- Set accurate QC ratings to serve as quality proof and foundation for further QC analysis.
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards across all assigned sectors.
- Conduct standardized, transparent, and neutral quality checks of GfK product master data within responsible panels and sectors.
- Address internal or external customer complaints related to data quality when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with expected accuracy and thoroughness.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient technical skills necessary to perform quality checks effectively.
- Basic product knowledge within a limited set of product groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in any discipline; technical knowledge is preferred.
- Good internet research skills and familiarity with quality standards.
