Descon Engineering Limited – Lahore Manufacturing Works (LMW)
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Engineer QA to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Manage quality documentation, audits, Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
- Coordinate inspection requests and maintain quality records in SAP and Proact.
- Prepare and analyze Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reports.
- Support continual improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with manufacturing quality standards.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality audits, NCR management, and corrective actions.
- Familiarity with SAP and quality management systems will be an advantage.
