Quality Assurance Executive-Sales

Experts Communication is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst – Sales to join their team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role operates during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards. By providing constructive feedback and performance analysis, the QA Analyst will play a key role in enhancing team effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate sales agents’ calls and customer interactions against established quality benchmarks.
- Assess individual agent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback to sales agents to help enhance their skills.
- Conduct feedback sessions to discuss evaluation results and recommend improvement strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving sales quality, customer experience, and overall agent performance.
- Support sales agents in achieving performance and quality targets through coaching and guidance.
- Track individual and team performance trends to identify recurring issues and areas needing attention.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality assurance reports and performance documentation.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and management to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages continuous learning and development.

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment is essential.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance, preferably within a sales context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver feedback professionally and constructively.
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of performance monitoring, goal setting, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Willingness and ability to work the designated night shift.
