The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality across all releases. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring quality control processes, identifying defects, documenting issues, and collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve problems and improve standards. The role also involves participating in audits, reviewing documentation for compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in quality management. The specialist will maintain detailed records, prepare quality reports, and support the implementation of best practices in line with company and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions across calls and chats to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Identify performance gaps, recurring errors, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare QA reports, maintain evaluation records, and track quality metrics.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve agent performance.
- Support calibration sessions, coaching initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and communication standards.
- Prior BPO experience is mandatory.
- Experience in call and chat quality monitoring, evaluation, and auditing.
- Strong understanding of QA scorecards, quality metrics, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, reporting, and feedback skills.
- Ability to identify root causes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience with QA tools and reporting systems will be an advantage.
