We are a newly established olive processing and packaging startup seeking a skilled Operations Officer to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food industry machinery and olive processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day olive processing operations including seed removal, slicing, and packaging.
- Operate and maintain food processing & packaging machines.
- Conduct staff training on machine handling and safety protocols.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support management in establishing SOPs and optimizing productivity.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the food industry with machine operations background.
- Age: Between 30 – 40 years.
- Strong knowledge of food processing machinery and operational troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
