- Supervise, plan, and coordinate traffic and crowd control for Forum Mall.
- Supervise daily workflow, schedules, activities, and assignments of security staff.
- Participate in evaluating staff performance; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
- Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff on a variety of security topics.
