Quality Control & Assurance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Control Inspector specializing in Flexo printing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed materials through various inspection stages, managing samples, and overseeing rework activities. This role requires hands-on involvement in both in-process and final inspections, as well as coordination with dispatch to verify materials before shipment. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process inspections on the Flexo printing press to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform final inspections and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for completed batches.
- Apply basic knowledge of incoming inspection procedures for self-adhesive materials.
- Manage printing and slitting samples to maintain consistency and quality control.
- Oversee rework management to address any defects or quality issues effectively.
- Verify materials in the dispatch area to ensure only approved products are shipped.
- Carry out other Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Technical qualification certification or diploma relevant to the printing or quality control field is required.
- Must possess technical knowledge of Flexo printing processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary.

Additional Information
- This is an in-person role requiring full-time commitment.
- The starting salary is from Rs 70,000 per month.
