Quality Control Manager

Atta Metals (Pvt.) Ltd., located at 16.5 KM Sheikhupura Road, Lahore, is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and enhance quality control operations within the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet customer specifications and comply with international standards, maintaining high-quality standards from raw materials to final output. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a dedicated professional to lead the QC team and collaborate closely with production and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, IEC, and BS standards throughout all stages of production.
- Oversee inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and final finished goods.
- Manage laboratory testing procedures and ensure proper calibration of all testing instruments.
- Prepare and maintain daily quality reports and issue test certificates as required.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and support both internal and external quality audits.
- Coordinate with the Production department to ensure timely quality clearance and smooth manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering (B.E./B.Sc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, IEC, and BS quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, inspections, and conducting audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Good command of both English and Urdu languages for effective communication.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience working with copper or aluminium conductors, winding wire, busbars, or cables is highly desirable.
- Candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Lahore prior to starting employment.
- This role requires full-time, in-person attendance at the company’s Lahore facility.
