Quality Controller / Site Supervisor

My Own – The Trend Setter is seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Quality Controller / Site Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the quality standards of construction projects are met according to company and industry guidelines.
- Supervise site activities to maintain compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on materials, workmanship, and processes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and site observations.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to quality control and site supervision.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions when quality deviations are identified.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in B.Tech (Civil), Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction processes, quality control procedures, and site supervision practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders on site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working on construction sites in Lahore, specifically in areas such as DHA and Gulberg, will be considered an advantage.
