Quality Engineer/Supervisor

This opportunity is for a Quality Engineer/Supervisor based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering a full-time, on-site position during the morning shift. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage quality control activities on the production floor to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to maintain product integrity and reduce defects.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality processes and inspections.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between departments to resolve quality-related challenges effectively.
- Support export manufacturing processes by ensuring products meet international quality requirements.
- Participate in short, frequent business trips as required to support quality operations and client interactions, with travel allowances provided.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality control or assurance.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate within the organization and with external stakeholders.
