Quality Executive - Footwear

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Executive specializing in footwear to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet established quality standards and comply with company specifications. This role involves close monitoring of the production process to maintain consistency and high-quality output throughout all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect footwear materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and report defects related to stitching, finishing, sizing, fitting, and overall workmanship.
- Collaborate with production teams, sourcing departments, and vendors to address and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and approved product specifications.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Footwear Technology, Textile, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in footwear quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities to coordinate with multiple teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs80,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
