- A well-reputed company is looking for a business development executive to develop business in :
- Dairy Breeding, semen, and dairy equipment
- The person should explore, develop and grow business in the above category.
The person will be responsible for:
1. Business development via researching the market and industry trends.
2. Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns for all products especially dairy feed and additives to effectively support sales activities; maintaining advertisement and promotional expense as per the budget.
3.Planning, executing, and fulfilling requirements for different departmental activities like quarterly meetings, farmer/dealer gatherings, and external seminars and conferences to effectively meet the business objectives.
4. Identifying and nurturing corporate dairy leads for dairy products. Maintaining CRM and close contacts with corporate dairies.
5. Building and training the sales team about the products and providing them with assistance as required.
What we are looking for:
- Motivated with a hunger to grow
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach
- Proficient with MS Office
- Good communication skills
- B.Sc (AH)/DVM *
- 3-5 year experience in the Agri/dairy industry
- BBA Marketing, B.Sc (Hons)/MBA may also apply if they have the required experience.
