Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping to shape and execute the marketing system plan in line with the strategic direction and requirements of the company. Also responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Report marketing and sales results to senior executives.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning process.
- Manage all points of external communication including web site, social media, brochures, and some local advertisement.
- Proficient understanding of social platforms including, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Experience in financial modeling, business analytics, business and marketing strategy.
- Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results;
- Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun but fast paced and changing environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
