Quality Incharge

We are seeking a Field Quality Engineer with a strong background in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within data centers or similar industries. This role requires hands-on exposure to various project aspects, including Civil-RCC, Architectural Finishes, Electrical-EHV & ELV, Mechanical-HVAC & Fire, and Plumbing-PHE systems. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control activities across civil, mechanical, electrical, and associated works in data center projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes, inspections, and non-conformance reports.
- Support the NI Operations department by providing quality inspection and support services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a B.Tech degree or 7 years with a diploma in quality management within data centers or equivalent industries.
- Proven expertise in Civil-RCC and Architectural Finishes for civil engineering roles.
- For mechanical and electrical roles, experience in Electrical-EHV & ELV, Mechanical-HVAC & Fire, and Plumbing-PHE systems is essential.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes in construction and engineering projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure project quality objectives are met.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience ranging from 8 to 12 years in relevant fields is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with NI Operations and quality inspection support functions will be an advantage.
