We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting mechanical parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires performing thorough quality checks based on technical drawings and specifications, identifying any defects, and preparing accurate inspection reports. The Mechanical Inspector will work closely with the production team to maintain strict adherence to quality procedures and standards, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect mechanical parts and finished products to ensure quality assurance.
- Conduct quality checks in line with engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from established standards.
- Prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports to communicate findings effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to promote continuous quality improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Gauges.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately detect defects and ensure product quality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
