Quality Manager / QA (Denim Garments)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at a leading denim export factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in denim fabrics and garment construction, with proven expertise in jeans manufacturing specifically for export markets. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of implementing and overseeing quality control systems to ensure products meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes within the manufacturing facility.
- Ensure all products comply with international export quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain and improve product quality.
- Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve any quality-related issues to minimize defects and returns.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of denim fabrics and garment construction techniques.
- Excellent understanding of stitching methods and established quality standards.
- Proven experience in jeans manufacturing for export markets.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor effective quality control systems.
- Minimum relevant industry experience is mandatory to ensure familiarity with production and export requirements.
