QUALITY OFFICER FOR NIGHT SHIFT

We are urgently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Officer to join our manufacturing team for the night shift at our facility located near Central Park, Lahore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, along with practical knowledge of boiler and steam production operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can uphold high-quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the manufacturing unit.
- Conduct regular audits of production and packaging processes to ensure compliance with both local and international quality standards.
- Oversee the inspection and quality control of raw materials and finished products to meet customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team to maintain consistent high-performance standards.
- Address product and customer complaints promptly by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate closely with production and other departments to drive continuous improvements in quality processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or Quality Management (QM) systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with boiler and steam production operations is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
- This is an on-site position requiring availability for the night shift.
