Job Description
- Quality Resource Private Limited a Multinational Digital Marketing Firm is looking for Social Media Specialist who can perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Manage daily social media posts and campaigns.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign; prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales and Website teams.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt current process to fit client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Expert in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter platform including paid ads and day to day marketing.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
