Quality Solutions Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in various aspects of sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer relationship management, sales planning, and lead generation. The Sales Executive will work independently to identify new sales opportunities while using their product knowledge and sales analytics to meet and exceed sales targets. The ability to adapt to various sales techniques and tools, such as email marketing and lead scoring methodologies, is essential for success in this role. Ideal candidates should be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel as necessary, as mobility is an important aspect of this job. Candidates need to have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and should not have prior team management responsibilities, as this role focuses on individual contributions to the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective lead generation techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and responding promptly.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track sales progress and manage client communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques to anticipate market demands and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Employ email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign to reach out to prospects and generate leads.
  • Analyze sales data using sales analytics tools to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
