Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consistent, transparent, and impartial quality checks on NIQ product master data across assigned panels and sectors.
- Perform daily quality reviews using automatically generated iQC samples, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Apply iQC ratings consistently as documented evidence of quality performance to support further analysis.
- Analyze quality results to identify recurring errors, trends, and risks, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with global and local coding teams to identify data-quality gaps, agree on improvement plans, and monitor progress.
- Promote adherence to global quality standards, operating procedures, and governance requirements.
- Suggest practical improvements to quality-control methods, workflows, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Support projects introducing new quality controls, automation tools, or process enhancements.
- Assist in investigations and responses related to internal or external customer quality concerns.
- Maintain clear records and communicate findings, actions, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of product master data, product coding, quality-control principles, and the end-to-end coding workflow.
- Practical experience with iQC or similar sampling, rating, and quality-monitoring processes.
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), data-quality standards, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret quality results, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Capability to maintain accurate documentation and prepare concise quality reports for diverse stakeholder groups.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with clear communication skills in writing and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data management, information systems, analytics, quality management, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in NIQ/GfK point-of-sale or distributor coding, product master data, data operations, or quality assurance. Preference given to candidates with MI Process Quality team experience (internal applicants).
- Strong knowledge of the assigned sector or product category, supported by hands-on coding or quality-control experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work meticulously with detailed data, follow global standards, and make evidence-based quality decisions.
- Service-oriented mindset with confidence to constructively challenge and uphold quality requirements.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with stakeholders across teams, locations, and seniority levels.
