Quantity Surveyor

ArchiEstimates LLC, a reputable cost estimation firm specializing in providing accurate, timely, and budget-conscious cost estimation services for construction projects, is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to join their team on-site in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of cost control, including the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting. This position requires a professional who is either currently based in Gujranwala or willing to relocate, as on-site presence is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement effective cost control measures throughout construction projects.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to support accurate project budgeting.
- Conduct cost planning activities to ensure projects remain within financial targets.
- Manage overall cost reporting, providing timely updates and analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain cost efficiency and support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting within the construction industry.
- A professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, ensuring a strong technical foundation.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling accurate cost assessments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and project success.

Location and Working Hours:
Candidates must be located in Gujranwala or willing to relocate to meet the on-site work requirement. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, aligning with project demands and timelines.

Salary:
Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
