Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor position is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad, designed for professionals who will contribute to cost management and project delivery within the group’s construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure accurate documentation for project tenders and contracts.
- Assist in cost estimation for both new and ongoing projects, supporting effective budgeting and financial control.
- Support tender preparation and evaluation processes by providing detailed quantity and cost data.
- Monitor project costs daily, track variations, and update cost reports to maintain financial oversight.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier invoices to confirm accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Support contract administration activities, maintaining accurate records of costs and quantities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven skills in cost planning, cost management, cost control, and cost reporting to support accurate budgeting and expenditure monitoring.
- Proficiency in preparing BOQs and performing quantity take-offs for detailed tender and contract documentation.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying or estimating software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Islamabad, effectively communicating with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple deadlines.
