Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage billing documentation accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct thorough cost estimations to assist in project budgeting and financial planning.
- Oversee inventory management processes to track materials effectively and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor progress and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in contract administration, ensuring compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on construction sites.
- Strong proficiency in billing procedures, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation methodologies.
- Experience in managing inventory within the construction sector.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, in-person work environment, engaging directly with project teams.
