QuantumHub is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of professional experience in full-stack development and demonstrates a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. This role requires a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, treating deployed and working solutions as the starting point for further enhancement rather than the final product. Strong written English skills are essential, and occasional client interactions may be part of the responsibilities.
As a Full Stack Developer at QuantumHub, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. You will be expected to manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. You will actively contribute to codebase improvements and support continuous integration and deployment processes within a cloud services environment. This role does not involve team management but requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges independently.

Database: Microsoft SQL Server, Prisma ORM
Cloud: AWS
Tooling: GitHub Actions, Docker, Vite, ESLint/Prettier, Jest/Vitest
Requirements
Frontend
- React 18+ with TypeScript — typed components, not any everywhere
- HTML, CSS, responsive layouts that work on mobile
- REST API consumption, Git, npm/yarn, DevTools debugging
Backend
- Node.js + Express.js + TypeScript
- Solid REST API design — error handling, status codes, versioning
- JWT / token-based auth, async/await patterns, structured logging
Database
- SQL you can write — joins, subqueries, indexes, transactions
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Schema design, stored procedures, basic normalization
Cloud and Infrastructure
- AWS or Azure
- Docker — Dockerfiles, docker-compose for local dev
- Linux basics, HTTPS/TLS fundamentals
Process
- Git branching, rebasing, conflict resolution
- CI/CD — at minimum, understand how a pipeline works
- Written English — clean PRs, clear async communication
What Puts You Ahead
- TanStack Start in production (SSR / React Server Components)
- AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch — serverless patterns, not just theory
- AWS Secrets Manager, CloudFront
- Prisma ORM — migrations, relations, raw SQL when needed
- Passport.js or Clerk integration
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — if you've wired up OIDC/OAuth 2.0 against Entra, say so. It's rare and we'll notice.
- XState for complex UI state
- BullMQ or similar for background jobs
- Playwright / Puppeteer for headless PDF generation
- Jest / Vitest + React Testing Library
- GitHub Actions CI/CD
