Quatro Uno is seeking a dedicated Inventory Management professional with at least three years of experience to oversee and optimize our inventory processes. The role involves managing a team of one person and ensuring efficient control of stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and timely replenishment to support operational needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems and be capable of coordinating inventory activities to maintain seamless supply chain operations. In this role, you will lead daily inventory operations by implementing effective storage strategies, conducting regular audits, and collaborating closely with procurement and logistics teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data and reporting key performance metrics to improve forecasting and reduce stock discrepancies. This position demands a proactive approach to inventory control, attention to detail, and solid communication skills to manage team inputs and escalate issues appropriately.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily inventory operations to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
Lead, train, and supervise a team member to perform inventory tasks effectively and efficiently.
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track, record, and analyze inventory data accurately.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system records.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to replenish stock based on demand forecasts and lead times.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
Prepare and present inventory reports, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
Monitor stock movements and storage conditions to ensure compliance with organizational and safety standards.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in inventory processes and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments to support production schedules and customer fulfillment needs.
