Customer Sales Executive

Quickleap Marketing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and excels in building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. This role focuses on effectively communicating product benefits and features to prospects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. The Customer Sales Executive will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, making a significant impact on the company's revenue objectives. This position requires excellent communication skills and fluency in English to engage confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Location: 5th floor, Noor Mobile Plaza 6th Road, Rawalpindi

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales.
Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
Record and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
Track sales metrics and report performance to management regularly.
Participate in training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards during all sales activities.
