 ·   Participating / Leading teams in the design, development and delivery of PI projects or components of potentially larger, complex projects

·         Reviewing and analyzing client requirements / issues and assisting in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions

·   Providing direction and guidance to Analysts, Consultants, with regards to analysis plan of the engagement

·      Developing detailed documentation and specifications. Performing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions

·    Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations

·    Delivering findings to clients, including recommending improvements and alternative solutions to resolve issues

·  Identifying new business opportunities of follow-on work and new leads at assigned client. Follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction

·   Proactively developing broader and deeper knowledge of related research methodologies and life sciences market through on the job experience and participation in training opportunities

·     Proactively manage project timelines and day to day communication with the client and team members

   Desired Skills and Experience:

· At least 5-7 years of market research experience (preferably Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health market research)

·  A strong network with interview subjects (e.g.: Physicians, Pharmacists, and MOH officers) will be additional advantage

·     Resourceful in contracting fieldwork agencies/freelancers to manage the load of fieldwork

·     Strong proficiency in MS Office and written and spoken English is a must

·    Knowledge of key issues and current developments within the life sciences space, or ability to learn new knowledge quickly

·  Ability to think creatively, and develop innovative solutions to uncommon problems - Intellectual stimulation makes consulting fun, and we hire people who bring a different point-of-view to the table

·   Previous direct experience with Consumer health industry both qualitative and quantitative project management skill.
