Quran Classes Supervisor - Female

Online Quran Learnings (LQL) is looking for a dedicated and organized Female Online Quran Classes Supervisor to join our remote team. The successful candidate will oversee online Quran sessions, support teachers, and ensure smooth coordination between students, parents, and staff. This role demands a dependable individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while upholding high standards of Quranic teaching and Tajweed.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise online Quran classes to ensure proper adherence to Quranic and Tajweed standards.
- Coordinate class schedules, monitor attendance, and manage daily workflows effectively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with teachers, students, and parents to address concerns or provide updates.
- Track teaching performance and resolve any class-related issues promptly to foster a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with strong English communication skills and proficiency in computer use.
- Must be a Hafiza or have successfully completed a Tajweed course.
- Own a personal laptop with a stable wired internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
- Reliable electricity backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
- Must be single.
- Demonstrate responsibility, attentiveness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Flexible shift options available, including:
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
- 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
- 8:15 PM to 9:00 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs 25,000.
