Quran Classes Supervisor - Female

Online Quran Learnings (LQL) is looking for a dedicated and organized Female Online Quran Classes Supervisor to manage the daily operations of online Quran classes. This role involves supporting teachers, coordinating between students and parents, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Quran and Tajweed instruction. The position is fully remote and requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a thorough understanding of Quranic teachings. The supervisor will play a key role in maintaining smooth class schedules, tracking attendance, and addressing any issues that arise to foster an effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee online Quran classes to maintain high standards of Quran and Tajweed teaching.
- Manage daily class operations, including scheduling and attendance monitoring.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between teachers, students, and parents.
- Assess teacher performance regularly and resolve any class-related concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with strong English communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Must be a Hafiza or have completed a Tajweed course, demonstrating solid knowledge of the Quran.
- Own a personal laptop with a stable wired internet connection of at least 20 Mbps.
- Have reliable electricity backup to ensure uninterrupted work hours.
- Must be single.
- Responsible, attentive, and able to multitask efficiently in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
- 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
- 8:15 PM to 9:00 AM (with a 1-hour adjustable break)
