Quran Classes Supervisor - Female

LQL is looking for a proactive and dedicated Female Online Quran Classes Supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of its Quran learning sessions. This remote role involves supporting teachers and maintaining a consistent, high-quality educational environment for students. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and a solid foundation in Quranic teachings. This position requires overseeing daily classes, coordinating with all stakeholders, and addressing any issues promptly to foster a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily online Quran classes to uphold high teaching standards.
- Facilitate communication between teachers, students, and parents, resolving any concerns quickly and professionally.
- Manage and organize class schedules while maintaining accurate attendance records.
- Monitor teacher performance and offer guidance or support when necessary.
- Address and resolve class-related issues to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate with good English communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Hafiza or qualified in Tajweed with strong Quranic knowledge.
- Must have a personal laptop, a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps, and a reliable power backup system.
- Single marital status is required for this position.
- Highly organized, responsible, and capable of multitasking efficiently.

Work Shifts
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 1-hour break (timing adjustable)
- 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM with a 1-hour break (timing adjustable)
- 8:15 PM to 9:00 AM with a 1-hour break (timing adjustable)

Compensation and Work Location
- Monthly salary starting from Rs25,000.00
- This is a fully remote position, allowing the flexibility to work from any preferred location.
