Key Requirements:

Content Creation and Editing:

Create engaging written and visual content for various marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
Collaborate with the marketing heads and team to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and editing.

Marketing Coordination:

Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth and effective execution of marketing plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as design and content creation, to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Proposal Design Collaboration:

Work closely with designers to develop visually engaging proposals and presentations for client pitches and business development activities.
Ensure all proposals adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
Offer suggestions for enhancing the design to increase its attractiveness.

Market Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, potential opportunities, and threats.
Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations.

Email Marketing:

Assist in developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, including segmenting email lists, creating email templates, and evaluating email performance metrics.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage marketing schedules, coordinate meetings, and upkeep marketing databases.

Brand Management:

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials by upholding and enforcing brand guidelines.
Ensure the brand message is communicated clearly and effectively to the target audience.

Project Management:

Coordinate and oversee multiple marketing projects to ensure timely and within-scope completion.
Monitor project advancement and provide reports on critical metrics.

Requirements:

Masters/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven expertise in content creation, marketing coordination, market analysis, email marketing, and successful lead generation through social media.
Strong design sensibility and the capacity to offer valuable design direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

Digital Marketing Coordinator: 2 years (will be given high prerace)
Project Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
