The Automated Operations Engineer acts as a pivotal problem solver in a high-demand environment. Responsibilities
- Willing to work in the shifts in 24*7 Model
- Resolving the customer and user technical issues
- Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error
- Maintaining the 100% SLA targets
- SLA report preparation
- Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues
- Good knowledge in understanding of Telecom domain.
- Good troubleshooting skills at all levels from application to network host.
- Should be able to understand Procedures in PL-SQL.
- Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)
- Operational support background in telecom.
