ISO Consultant

QVR Global Services is seeking a skilled and motivated ISO Consultant to support organizations in implementing and maintaining effective ISO management systems. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in quality management and is proficient in ISO 9001 standards and associated documentation processes. This role is critical for helping clients achieve and maintain ISO certification by providing expert consultancy and delivering tailored training that enhances client capabilities in quality management practices. The ISO Consultant works closely with clients to perform internal audits and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement. They develop and maintain ISO policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with certification requirements. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with diverse client teams and ensure consistent quality standards are met across projects.
Responsibilities

Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems according to client requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and compliance assessments to evaluate existing management systems and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop, review, and update ISO-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit records, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide consultancy services to client organizations on ISO standards implementation, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
Design and deliver client training sessions focused on ISO 9001 standards, document control, and management system best practices.
Support clients through all stages of the ISO certification process, offering expert guidance and ensuring readiness for external audits.
Utilize Document Management Systems (DMS) to control and maintain documented information securely and efficiently.
Assist clients in establishing effective audit and compliance documentation frameworks to meet regulatory and certification requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO certification standards and industry trends to provide relevant advice and support to clients.
Collaborate with client teams to promote quality awareness and drive ongoing improvement initiatives within their management systems.
