R & D Chemist

A well-established manufacturing facility in Hub, Baluchistan is seeking a Male Research & Development Chemist with specialized expertise in petroleum products, particularly engine oils and various types of lubricants. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and reformulating petroleum-based products to align with evolving industry standards and improve overall product performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new petroleum products, including engine oils and lubricants, in accordance with company requirements.
- Reformulate existing products by updating ingredients to enhance productivity and performance.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final testing and validation.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of development activities and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research and development within the petroleum products sector, with a focus on engine oils and lubricants.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
