- Responsible for reporting of GSE serviceability and herein/hire out across. M-RAS stations in an accurate and timely manner through GSE Plus and keeping the management up to date on the GSE state.
- Maintain and further develop GSEPLUS as the prime GSE reporting tool. Act as SPOC for all GSE plus and general GSE-related queries
- Promote the correct use of RSMS and GSE Plus for GSE-related data.
- Implement the Menzies standard GSE processes and procedures across the stations, through the GSE manual.
- Coordinate with all Stations for issues related to GSE /maintenance etc.
- Identify initiatives to improve operator awareness of GSE usage.
- Monitoring daily GSE serviceability reports and liaising with the stations on recovery /rectification actions initiated and providing guidance to stations with respect to early recovery in this regard.
- Monitor the station financial performance for GSE Maintenance and Hire in expenses and identify cost efficiency measures.
- Monitor local purchase of spare parts and servicing /repair of Equipment of civil market on a monthly basis from all stations Liaise with the central procurement department and the stations to consolidate requirements and achieve the best value.
- Render technical advice to stations for demands of spare parts from the local market or from abroad.
- Assist for the preparation of technical specifications of GHE and critical spare parts requirements to be imported from abroad and conduct/carry out their evaluation if required.
- Issuance of spare parts to the stations, imported from abroad on as and when required basis.
- Provide technical services/support to station technical staff during repair /maintenance of Equipment for early recovery of unserviceable Equipment.
- Calibration of Equipment.
- Implement standard inventory management processes at technical stores of all stations.
- Monitoring of fuel consumption, POL, life, and component change on a regular basis.
- Maintain files of warranties, records, Inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
- Maintain the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
- Provide recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
- Liaise with Menzies global GSE management to ensure best practices in Pakistan.
